sol #3: I live with a gourmet chef

Yes, you heard that right. I live with the most amazing cook, my husband! Every night, he spends an hour or two prepping and cooking our dinner. He LOVES cooking, and I don't mind watching him (and, of course, eating)! He knows exactly what spices to mix together, how to grill meat perfectly, and he can time out everything to be done at the same time (something I have yet to figure out).

I love being able to sit and relax while he cooks. I don't have to worry about setting off the smoke alarm or touching raw meat. You're probably thinking, "wow, this is too good to be true!" Well, here's the kicker, he is the MESSIEST cook, and since it is just him and I, that means I am always on clean-up duty. ;)

Even our pup likes to sit in the kitchen while he cooks!

homemade chicken alfredo with asparagus mixed in and green beans on the side.
The mess :) I wouldn't trade it for anything.
